At The Hakan Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Innerwear and personal items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
